Yes, you can access the course up to 6 months after completion. Notably, you can download the resources as PDF to keep a copy for yourself.
2. Can I access the course materials on any device, such as a computer, tablet or smartphone?
Yes, you can access the course via any device. It is really easy to navigate. Support will be available if you have any issues.
3. Do you offer job placement assistance or career guidance after completing the courses?
Upon completion, you will receive a Career Guide created by experienced professionals in the industry. This will provide guidance on job placement, CV building, and interview preparation to ensure you launch your fitness career successfully.
4. Are the courses updated regularly to reflect industry standards and best practices?
Yes, the courses are updated regularly to keep up with industry standards as if not, our courses would not be valid.
5. What is the refund policy if I'm not satisfied with the course?
There is no refund policy. Once the course content has been accessed, we cannot offer a refund as all of the course content is available to yourself and you will have received the product you have purchased.
6. Do you offer any support or assistance during the course?
Yes, throughout the duration of the course you will benefit from access to seasoned fitness professionals. Our instructors offer invaluable insights, ensuring you're well-equipped to navigate your way through these qualifications.
7. Are there any discounts or promotions available for enrolling in multiple courses?
If the course is bought as diploma (Level 2 and Level 3) this will be sold at a discounted price, compared to if you bought the courses separately. Remember, to complete your Level 3 course, you are required to have obtained your Level 2 qualification.
